Hi....frnds ...i would like to share my experience of HCL interview...though first i make it clear, i was not get selected there but i learned lots..

interview was for the post of technical support in BPO...so it is necessary that you should have good communication skill and fluency in English...

there were two  rounds....In first round we almost 35 students in a hall...some English word were written on the board...we have to pronounced those word in write way....after this they asked some general HR questions...so their main purpose is to check ...

your way of speaking

your presence of mind

your confidence

now i told you some basic question asked by them.....

please guys well prepare for these questions because these questions are asked in almost all HR interviews...

some questions are:

tell me about yourself

what is the difference between goal and ambition

difference between confidence and overconfidence

what is your future plan

why do u want to join this company

what did u do yesterday from morning to evening

what was your schedule when you used to go school

your memorable moment

your first day in college

where do u see yourself after 5 years

please well prepare for your skill & strength, weakness...whatever u mentioned in your resume

i suggest you to prepare for your one skill and one weakness ....on which u can speak well

do remember one thing write only those certificate/non certificate courses for which u are prepared well.....there is nothing basic C, C++
