The Government of India today approved National Telecom Policy 2012 that seeks to do away with roaming charges in the country and Simplifies the licensing Policy. The much awaited policy will be implemented soon in India , now mobile users will be able to enjoy free roaming and keep their phone number even if they plan to change their service operator across the country .
