Prasar Bharti has released the notification to fill vacant 1630 posts , 1290 for engineering Assistant post and 340 for Technical post. Last date to fill the form is already passed and the exam of prasar Bharti 2013 is scheduled on 26th May.

Prasar bharti will conduct exam in two phase. one is written exam and in second round there will be interview.
Written exam also consists of two papers
Paper 1- Objective type Questions - 200 marks - 2 Hrs
Paper 1 will consists questions from
1.) General Intelligence & Reasoning - 50 marks
It will cover all verbal and non verbal type questions
2.) General Awareness - 50 marks
It will comprise the questions of general awareness(History, Culture, Geography, Economics, Scientific terms and experiments) and current affairs.
3.) Technical Knowledge - 100 marks
Questions will be from Degree/Diploma subjects in concerned domain.
Paper II - Descriptive Type questions - 200 marks - 2 Hrs
Questions will be from your selected domain. any one out of the following
1. Physics
2. Telecommunication Engineering
3. Radio Engineering
4. Electrical Engineering
5. Electronics Engineering
6. Information Technology
